10:19 a.m. Had a bunch of fruit for breakfast. Showered. Got packed and made sure I got everything.
Mom was distressed and thought her money was stolen this morning, until she remembered she lent my brother money.
Speaking of, we’re waiting on him before I go home.
Mom got gifts for me, which I’ll go more into later, and Jen gave me some nice canvases. :) Now if only I wasn’t out of white acrylic paint. 🤔 Thankful to God nonetheless god his bounty in Christ Jesus and blessing.
10:46 a.m. Squeezed in a home movie before Mom said DJ was almost here.
I love watching it with that frame rate thing modern TVs do, lol.
Mom and I are outside until DJ arrives.
10:50 a.m. Made sure to sign out of Netflix before I left...via the ‘all devices’ feature anyway. Easiest way to do it.
Mom asked if she could use it while I’m gone, but Rob won’t let me share the account (and he pays that bill, so.) She understood though, and I told her she can use DJs account lol.
Mom said we’ll be waiting outside for about ten minutes, which is totally fine. She said I could wait inside if I wanted, but I’m cool. I like the fresh air and sunlight, anyway.
11:41 a.m. Home!! Got food from the fruit stand. ❤️
1:38 p.m. All settled and unpacked. Finished up the unfinished SL men’s pajamas outfit I was working on before I left. 👍😝
I ate my leftover shrimp from yesterday. Bye bye temptation. :P
2:49 p.m. I did eat a bowl of white cheddar popcorn, BUT I followed it up with a full plate of healthy food:
- Beans and mixed veggies.
- Avacado and chia seeds.
- Broccoli florets.
- Bottled water.
- Two over-easy eggs.
Seasoned with ginger and cayenne pepper.
I resisted the Tyson chicken strips this time, substituting my poultry protein with the healthier eggs option. Kinda feel like a champ.
I’m so FULL!!! I’m really really happy with making it to the end of three weeks. I did slip now and then, but I’m so gung ho to stick this out to week four...and further. I’ve got some fast results already and Im so happy!!
P.S. Rainy days like today make me sleepy, and I think I really need a nap. 😳
7:05 p.m. Slept so nice and deep I forgot I went to bed. 😂
7:48 p.m. I ate two hot pockets. Kinda my last hurrah before I really dig my nails in tomorrow and go back to being ‘all healthy’ on a daily basis.
I drank water though. And aside from one bowl of white cheddar popcorn and those two hot pockets just now, my meals have been very healthy today. 😂🙏🤗 So I got that going for me.
I admit FOMO gets to me sometimes.
