9:32 a.m. Slept well. Hydrated. Feeling good. Played SL for the past two days and got some work finished up.
Also skipped biking those two days, but still on the nutrition path and moving forward. I’m on day 26 now, by the way.
I’ll be so impressed if I make it to two months, and blown away if I make it to three (which is a personal record breaker) and pleased beyond that if I’m still healthy by the time my cruise comes around in late December.
Taking this day to day, and even somewhat week to week. A bit of both, weird as it sounds.
Spent all my cash on groceries and over a dollar from my backlog account (doesn’t sound like much, but it’s low)
Deciding whether or not I want to go bike today. It’s certainly be good for me. And a nice break from Secondlife.
Also my friends missed me on Neopets. It was so sweet😱💦 I made sure to say hi last night.
Have not updated blogger/blurb in quite a while either, so I’m due to catch up on that.
P.S. My headphones have died in one ear. :( Not fun for workouts.
9:44 a.m. April lent me some that work amazing. 🌟⭐️💫 The bass is out of this world!
9:48 a.m. Time to go hit that fitness! 🤗
10:20 a.m. Here. Took 32 minutes. My body felt sluggish today, but praise God, I pushed through.
10:29 a.m. Refreshed in the bathroom. Someone randomly left behind this unopened, now melted, pack of cheese. 🤔
11:32 a.m. I’d stay longer, but my much needed water bottle is running low. 😬 Time to get home!!!
12:05 p.m. HOME!!!!! So hot!!!!
1:08 p.m. I rested, showered, dressed , and ate.
Apparently the power was out about the whole time I was gone, so I really dodged a boredom bullet.
I’m thinking it’s almost time to move onto another exercise before my muscles get too used to biking and become ‘bored’ of it. Thus slowing results.
This decision is now further motivated by the fact that my headphones are dying and I’m borrowing April’s, which makes working out outdoors a lot less fun.
In short, squats. And lots of them. A small amount at first, then do more as the days go on.
I carry my fat in my legs more than anywhere else in my body, so this will be super helpful for this month.
I’d like to get in at least 500 for the month, but we’ll see. My tracker will make counting daily squat goals super easy. 🤗❤️👍
P.S. I’m soo very tired. I didn’t even want to go walking around the yard like I often do. 🤔
4:06 p.m. Been hanging out with April and my bladder issues.
I ‘really’ wanted hot pockets, so I made some. I still plan to eat healthy otherwise. 🤷🏻♀️ As long as it’s not an ‘often’ thing, right?
