8:49 p.m. Late post. Last night I skipped writing an entry.
I bought the Jurassic World LEGO game on sale for five bucks. I didn’t really enjoy the game too much, sadly, but I hope I’ll give it another chance in the future. 🤷🏻♀️
That’s really the main part I remember about yesterday. 😂
Today I got all my goals done. I grocery shopped on my bike (and got a nice supply of avacados) with my new shiny backpack. It was heavy, exhausting, and enjoyable all at the same time.
I’ve been taking late afternoon naps lately...into evening. On workout days. I’m pleased though, as it lets my body rest.
I’ve edited my novel today. 👍 😁
I got to add change to my savings/blessings jar. I’m really gonna get a kick out of watching that thing grow over the year, God Willing. 😂
My belly seems to...seems...to have more fat. Rounder. Unless it’s a thing where my body is changing and my belly, not as much, so maybe it’s shape it’s changing.
If I was still eating a lot of junk, I’d mention it.
I mean, the only unhealthy thing I had yesterday...unless I had a small portion of boneless chicken again..was I buttered popcorn seasoned with white cheddar powder.
Still, aside from all that, a fully healthy diet (and more recently, about two hours of daily exercise; cardio) has been my lifestyle.
Still definitely (really) limiting my added sugars, refined carbs, and even red meat. Lately. So I don’t know what gives, but I’m gonna just trust the process.
I want to keep eating healthy and exercising...cause when did a normal pattern of that hurt anyone? Or cause obesity?
I’ve been curious on whether or not I have body dysphoria...about my stomach.
I worry a lot more than necessary about how my stomach looks and find myself checking it many times in a day, just to see if it’s getting fatter. I pinch. I squeeze. I examine to know whether I’m bloated or it’s just fat, usually the latter. I frown. Often. It bugs even me. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m not planning any extreme surgery or anything. I still want a healthy diet and exercise to take care of it. ❤️ So that’s something.
I also wonder if I’m intermittent fasting wrong and that’s what’s growing the belly fat all of a sudden.
The past couple weeks, including sleep, I try to wait from 16-19 hours or so to eat, (including sleep) and I eat a full meal of healthy foods. Fruits, veggies, beans, leafy spinach, and brown rice. Now more recently, avocado, but not more than once a day.
I eat two meals a day generally, lunch and dinner, and don’t often snack in between.
Sometimes I’ll break the IF afterwards with fruit like bananas, grapes, or apples. Sometimes I won’t.
I don’t know what’s up. 🤷🏻♀️ That’s just what’s been happening.
I fit my pants better though at least, lately. 🤗❤️😂 Slowly losing that phobia of wearing jeans I get after gaining weight, lol.
10:52 p.m. Not much new to say. Just hanging out in April’s room as usual adding to my Watch Later YouTube playlist. 😂
