Back on Track. :D

1:07 p.m. Today’s been productive so far. I finally uploaded one Secondlife project and finished another incomplete one. Then uploaded that, too. ❤️

I hope I’ll make more effort to mark tasks off my goal list.

IMF is going well. 18 hours in. I’m hoping with enough practice, I can make it even longer than that before hunger pangs kick in.

They are slightly appearing now, lol.

Fasting praises and thanks God. And it resets my insulin levels, since it’s known that prolonged raised insulin can cause a lot of health issues. Especially diabetes, which I recently learned actually runs in my family.

I’d very much like to avoid getting it. 😬

Even after IMF, I plan on breaking fast with healthy fruits, so that’s a bonus for my body and wellness.

Feels a lot less depressing to make efforts to get back on track.

April kindly donated change to my change jar. She doesn’t like change anyway. 

I didn’t count it, either. I guess in a way that makes it more fun. I just can’t wait to start dropping bills in it. 😂🤗 God willing, in Jesus Name, Amen!

I’m enjoying my new room setup..and so are Jelly and Minxy, who has seldom left my room since this morning.

I don’t know how long this setup will last, but God willing, I’ll enjoy it in the meantime.

I still have to get past entries into blogger, then the blurb journal. So that’s on the to do list.

I didn’t sleep well last night. I was having, ahem, some very very bad thoughts that I was regretting at the same time. I’m forever thankful for God’s great mercy, strength, and unending love, which ultimately got me through it. 

Repentance is so necessary in my life, and even more so during those awful periods like last night. 😬 I ‘need’ God’s forgiveness. I have both comfort and security in it. Amen in Jesus name.

1:42 p.m. Wasted time on Pinterest. 😓 Also noting that if I can hold out until 2 p.m. I can push my IMF to 19 hours. 😲

Ideally, I’d like to do this long enough that I can make it to 24 on a regular basis. If I do it right, this can be so good for my body. 🤗

2:44 p.m. I just got cleaned up and feeling nice. 

I ate fruit and veggies at 2 o’clock or so, with water, and skipped out on those two slices of tempting stuffed crust pizza April left for me. 😁

Now I’m just working up the motivation to either edit my novel or update blurb/blogger. 🤔 The latter sounds more tempting, to be honest.

3:48 p.m. Blogger gave me trouble at first adding images to the last two entries, but I got it, Praise God/Jesus/Lord.

And they are in blurb, and that’s two items off my to-do list. Huzzah!

3:51 p.m. Got a new load of laundry started. 😮

5:25 p.m. The verdict is my novel will wait another day for editing...so far.

I started feeling hunger pangs again after around 4ish. So I made hamburgers, black eyed peas, and brocolli.

Mind you the meat was without a bun or cheese. Naturally seasoned with sea salt, flax and chia seeds, ginger powder, and cayenne pepper. The latter two ingredients being very beneficial to my metabolism. Also nicely portioned.

I feel totally full and satiated now, and I hope it lasts. 😬 Honestly, If this is the right way to IMF, then I’m all for it. 🤔

I’ve made it through day 2/30 so far with little to no added sugar products, so I’m hoping I can keep that up as the date go on. We’ll see.

For sure, the less I do family visits, the easier it will be. No offense to my family, but my patterns say I’m way too tempted (and give in) for the unhealthy stuff...and then it takes a long while before I act on the motivation to get back on track..like I’m doing now. 

Also not to blame them, by the way. I just get weak willed, I guess. I like to eat what they are eating.

Here are the goals I’m tracking in my new app, by the way, which I find highly motivating. It’s called the ‘Done’ app and totally free...up to tracking three items. Which is all I want to track right now, anyway, so win win.


P.S. It low key reminds me of the “Dots” game interface. 🤔

5:39 p.m. *Redownloads the game ‘Dots’* 😂 It’s been a long time. Thank God the thing can restore purchases, right?

7:20 p.m. Been on Youtube (mainly health and diet videos) and some Neopets. 

Clothes moved to the dryer. ❤️ 

April and Rob declined on the burgers, but hopefully they’ll try some later. Cause they were delicious! Also looks like someone finally ate those pizza slices. 🤗

So..I last ate at 5:25 p.m. Ideally, that’s my last meal for the evening. And I fast for the next 16+ hours. (Or 9:25 a.m. or later.) I don’t know what my hunger levels will be.

I’m curious to know if I’ll be experiencing any sugar withdrawals soon, too, since I’ve greatly limited my intake this much recently.
