Making Progressions.

7:51 p.m. I've been doing okay with my goals lately! For starters, I got that new journal going.

AND I even started taking the first draft of my recently completed novel, and editing at the same time, and putting it in a blurb book. I got close to a hundred pages in and edited so far, so VERY very happy to be coming back to that.

I'm saving up lindens again. Not so much for the Avastar as planned, (As even though I want it, I don't see myself putting in the full effort needed right away to benefit from it.) but because I really need to publish a physical copy of my last journal..as explained in the last entry. I think I've got about 17 bucks of the 21 or so I need, so its progressing.

Still on my Buffy/Angel kick, with watching Supernatural on occassion.

I got my laundry done. Just need to get around to folding them.

Now the perfect thing would be if I'd give up overeating and get back to eating healthier like I ought to. Speaking of which, the nearest fruit stand to use moved a few blocks over from where it used to be. SO! If I want to get healthy stuff from there myself, it's gonna take some extra exercise. Still, see the first sentence.

Sick wise, its been iffy. I wake up with my allergies sometimes so it can be hard to judge by that. Throat not hurting as much anymore, which is a plus. Still kinda sniffly, but in a sort of normal way.

Social wise, I IMed my Mom and Dad on Facebook recently just to say I love them. Sometimes I go weeks without saying anything to them, or other family for that matter, so its good to say something once in a while...even just an 'I love you.' They wish me well of course. I do love that my relationship with my parents is never problematic. I love them so much.

When Rick came by to drop off grocery money, I asked him for a ride to Circle K to get boiled peanuts, which they didn't have. So he was kind enough to take me to the Dollar General, where they had two medium sized cans left. I was really hankering for them.

I've been hankering for chocolate, too, as usual, but was reluctant to give in that far. I've got eating problems as it is, (back on the soda, too) let alone mounting that on it. Not to mention I've had so much cake recently...from Dawn's belated birthday. :)

I cleared out most of my Pinterest by saving them to my computer instead and slapped them on my flash drive, made room by moving PSDs around, too. Not organized yet. Don't have the energy to deal with that at the moment, but it dearly needs it, lol.

Random note. Took a recent interest in the bios of Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon, my fave old comedy duo. Lifes and deaths. I recently got Grumpy Old Men I and II on DVD at Wal-Mart. I'd REALLY love to get the Odd Couple I and II to go with it, another favorite of mine.
