Hissy got a vet visit, and fixed. she had to stay in her kitty caravan overnight, too. The kittens missed her. I learned she is a domestic shorthair with calico markings lol.
I hung out with April and Rob, mostly April, as usual. I played on the computer, as usual, and went to bed a bit late. Don't recall what time but it was late.
I made a dinner of kidney beans, brown rice, corn, and green beans which a little Frank's Hot sauce for flavor. Delicious!
I had interesting dreams. One was a memorial service for Left Eye which I confused with a service for my late aunt, who was never famous, lol. Discussing Christ's purpose to save for our lives in a discussion about the end times coming, in the dream. Another where I thought I failed senior year due to lack of attendance which meant poor grades (also looked that up) and I struggled to find my schedule online. It turned out in the end I never needed it because I graduated already. THAT'S why I didn't attend.
I tried to do even light exercise this morning, before eating, but it gave me a 'cool flash' sensation all over my body. I might be a little dehydrated. I have been drinking water. I really want to go back to a fruit/veggie diet and break this platue. Which at this stage only goes in two ways, STAYS or my weight goes up, but it doesn't go down which is unfortunate. I'm still pushing myself of course. P.S. Today is grocery day, if Rick is up for it.
5:37 a.m. After looking through comparison photos, there is almost no physical change to me this past week to be seen. I am regaining confidence, however, when comparing today to where I was in the beginning. NOT giving up! I'm not where I expected to be, but at least I am not what I used to be. These photos are only 18 days apart, same exact outfit. If God wills I break the platue, I'd love to see where I am by sticking to this.
God bless, Jesus loves, lives, saves! All glory, praise, thanks and all things be to God on the highest forever and ever in Jesus name, Amen! God is able! P.S. It appears mema is back home, so that's great news. Praise the Lord! God works above all we ask or think.
