Lifestyle Change: Day Fifteen.

Little things:
Three hours of exercise. Moved up to light running, more than I've done since I can ever remember. Sit ups this week too.
Lots of sleep.
Time with friends. I'm not alienating them for this lifestyle like I thought. :) Praise Jesus.
Tried apple juice this morning. Later learned I'm better off without, it's not a fruit alternative, so this is the last time. 
Cheat meal for dinner: A cup of hamburger helper with siracha with whole wheat bread and apple cider vinegar water.
Planning very very few cheat meals. I did not overeat it. Very proud. May not have been a hundred percent healthy today but I can get back on the horse tomorrow. :) Healthy!!!!!
I need more sleep until my morning workout. I get to enjoy my walks a couple more days before leaving for a couple more. Then I come home to enjoy them.
I have to balance caring for myself and self sacrifice during this time in my life. More of the latter, God willing. Looking forward to another week of hard work and pushing my boundaries. Patient for the results! God bless, Jesus loves, lives, saved! All glory, praise, thanks, and all things be to God on the highest forever and ever in Jesus Name, amen! God is able to do above all we ask or think.
